Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

We ship with Auspost for domestic and international postage.

Small prints under A4 size are shipped in a rigid mailer.

Larger prints are carefully rolled and shipped in a postage tube.

Please be careful when removing your print from the tube in order to avoid any creases or tears. Slide it gently out of the tube, carefully remove the tissue, ensuring that the tissue seal sticker doesn’t catch on the print.

Returns

We take care to package your item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition for you. If you have any issues with the order you receive, please feel free to reach out to us at hello@stephaniefinch.com.au.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns due to change of mind for any purchase.

Missing or Damaged Orders

 In the event of a parcel being lost or damaged by Australia Post, all enquiries must be taken up with the carrier, as Stephanie cannot accept responsibility for a third party such as Australia Post or other service.

We are not liable for damage to your package during transit, or any damages to order post-delivery.  

Refund Policy

If you have received an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please take a picture of the issue and reach out to us at hello@stephaniefinch.com.au so we can work to resolve the issue for you with a repair, exchange or refund.

Please note that original artworks may contain paint flecks, marks and smudges as a part of a their unique individual character, and as such these are not considered defects.

If your item has been damaged by the carrier in transit, please lodge a claim with the carrier (e.g. Australia Post).
